Our creative space was uniquely designed with an artistic vibe that will set a vibrant tone for your next event! Our intimate 650 sq ft. space is located on Hollywood Blvd along the historic Hollywood Walk of Fame and is great for:

The Metro Red Line is conveniently located less than two blocks away for your public transportation needs. There is street parking, which is free after 8 pm Mon-Fri, as well as many local parking lots some with valet options.

Hours Of Operation The Break Rooms operating hours are: Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM *Special arrangements can be made depending upon your event needs.
Rental Policy Rules There is absolutely NO SMOKING in the building. Smoking is allowed outside the building. ARRIVE AND LEAVE ON TIME • Rental starts and ends as set forth in this Agreement • All set-up and clean up time must take place during paid rental hours A $50 cleaning fee will be applied to events with 20 or more people. BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS ND OTHER TENANTS • Be present at all times during the rental. • Keep the event contained within the studio. • Keep doors closed while music is on. • Maintain adult supervision of minors at all times • Clean up trash or other items on premises prior to leaving. COMPLY WITH ALL LOCAL ORDINANCES & LAWS • Secure any necessary permits. • Renter assumes legal and financial responsibility for any violations resulting from their event. DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT OR STUDIO The renter agrees to pay for any repair costs of equipment or studio that he/she damages. In the event that the renter’s assistant/s or model/s damages any equipment, he/she agrees to pay for any repairs necessary. The renter agrees to leave the studio in the condition it was found. LIABILITY Renter agrees to get assigned Liability Release for all persons, models or employees on premises before use of Studio. We or Denley Investments (building owner) will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents to either the renter, renter’s assistants, renter’s models, or renters clients that occur within or outside the studio premises. If we find it necessary to require General Liability Insurance the following minimums will apply • Commercial General Liability deemed primary and non-contributory • $1,000,000 Per Occurrence and Annual Aggregate • Must name our space as an additional insured *One day event insurance can be purchased at www.theeventhelper.com We shall have the right to inspect the studio at any time during the rental term.
Cancellation Policy 1. CANCELLATION 3 DAYS OR FEWER BEFORE LICENSE PERIOD. Any Booking cancelled by a Guest seven (7) calendar days, or fewer, prior to the start of the license period is non-refundable and the Guest will be charged the entire License Charge. 2. CANCELLATION WITHIN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO START OF LICENSE PERIOD. For any Booking cancelled by a Guest within seven (7) calendar days prior to the start of the license period, the Guest will be charged fifty percent (50%) of the License Charge. 2. CANCELLATION 8 DAYS OR MORE PRIOR TO START OF LICENSE PERIOD. For any Booking cancelled by a Guest within eight (8) calendar days prior to the start of the license period, the Guest will be fully refunded the License Charge.
