9th + Main was created around the idea of a place that could be a centralized community for the fashion industry in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. Utilizing the idea of the ultimate creative space, anything from seasonal collection launches to pop up shops can be envisioned here and the possibilities are endless.
With floor to ceiling sweeping views of the fashion district and open floor plans, the building offers the historic loft feel of downtown met with modern design and sensibility. It is hard not to feel instantly inspired upon entry. The levels of the building flow from a basement loft, up to the highly cultivated local spot, The Classic Coffee, and a multi-purpose studio space on top which currently houses our internal fashion brand, LATS and pop up shop, Night Owl on Main.
